Welcome to Smart Write, a company that provides CV writing services, cover letter writing services and interview coaching. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

2. Services

Smart Write provides comprehensive career services including professional CV writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and interview coaching. We offer four different CV packages that are tiered based on career level. Our CV packages include multiple revisions and drafts of your CV until you are completely satisfied for up to one month after purchase. After this one month period, additional changes or CV adaptations will be available through our CV updates service, which costs $35. All CVs are written to current CV standards.

3. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal for customers overseas. Once the invoice has been sent, customers can choose their preferred payment method to complete the transaction.

4. Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our CV writing service. If you are not satisfied with your CV after the initial drafts and revisions, we will continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied. Please note that this guarantee only applies to our CV writing service and not to any other services offered on our website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Smart Write and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on our website without our prior written consent.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Write its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of your use of our website or any violation of these terms of use.

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that New Zealand.

9. Refunds

Smart Write is committed to delivering high-quality CVs, cover letters, and interview coaching services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the final product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these terms of use will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms of use.
